Delivery
We will aim to deliver your order according to the time indicated but cannot guarantee delivery times. We will let you know if we expect any exceptional delays. You may cancel undelivered orders unless exceptionally long delivery times were indicated at the outset.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products passes to you once we have delivered the items to you. Therefore you are responsible for their care, use and condition from the time of delivery.
Cancellation Rights
In addition to our returns policy, under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period following receipt in which you can cancel your order without reason. We will offer a refund unless the product has been used or damaged.
Returning Products
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. You can return products in original condition within 30 days under our satisfaction guarantee. Please follow the product return procedure outlined on our website. We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned product. You are liable for delivery costs when returning unwanted items, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty and Damaged Products
We take great care to quality check all products prior to shipment. However if your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will offer a refund or replacement as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please follow the warranty returns procedure on our website.
Service and Repairs
In addition to your statutory rights, Kenwood offers comprehensive UK warranty and repair services on all its products. Please see our Warranty page for full details of our service policies. We endeavour to carry out repairs promptly but cannot guarantee specific timescales.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any product ordered through our site is limited to the purchase cost of the product in question. We cannot accept liability for any loss of income, profits or consequential loss arising from product defects or non-delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Variations
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable at the time you place an order will apply throughout the transaction. Variations will not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
Force Majeure
